Lemon + Lavender began its journey in Buxton, Maine, in June of 2023, born from Jenny's lifelong passion for pastry arts. From dishwasher to culinary school graduate, Jenny's path took her from New York City kitchens to Montreal classrooms before returning to her baking roots.

Inspired by encouragement from loved ones, Lemon + Lavender blossomed from a home kitchen into a thriving venture, with Mitch joining the team to bring their vision to life. Together, they've expanded their offerings and found joy in creating delicious delights for their community, proving that love, flavor, and a shared dream can truly make magic happen.

In June of 2024, they launched a line of clean-ingredient protein bites. These bites are driven by their love of getting outdoors, being active, and the fuel to make it happen. This passion for baking, cooking, and good food is the foundation of Live Life Protein Bites.
